This opportunity supports a federal Zero Trust capability integration effort aligned to the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model (ZTMM). In this role, you will provide technical leadership across identity, device, network, and data domains, driving architectural alignment and measurable maturity advancement within a regulated enterprise environment.
About the Role
The Integrations Lead provides senior technical leadership for enterprise security integration efforts. This role ensures architectural alignment across identity, network, device, application, and data domains within a regulated federal environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead cross-domain security architecture integration
- Guide least-privilege and dynamic access enforcement models
- Coordinate segmentation and trust boundary improvements
- Sequence and align technical initiatives across multiple domains
- Conduct architecture risk assessments and technical reviews
- Maintain enterprise security reference architecture documentation
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 12+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience
- Experience implementing enterprise enterprise access control or segmentation frameworks
- Experience working within FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, or similar federal frameworks
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certification
- Active CCIE (Security, Wireless, Data Center, Routing & Switching) or CCNP Security certification required
Preferred Qualifications
- DHS or USCIS experience
- Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) or micro-segmentation platforms
- Cloud security architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CISSP or GIAC certification
Clearance & Work Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must have resided in the U.S. for three of the last five years (unless exempt)
- Must comply with DHS Trusted Workforce 2.0 continuous vetting requirements
- Background investigation conducted via SF-85P as required
- PIV credential required
- Compliance with federal data protection and supply chain risk requirements
